Delivery and installation of awnings as part of the modernization of the stations of Mersch, Rodange and Wasserbillig:

- Mersch station: cover for the entire median wharf of-250m and the 250m side quay,

- Rodange station: cover for all 2 250m side quays and the 500m median quay,

- Wasserbillig station: cover for the entire median quay of 500m m and side quay of 125 m. - declaration of honor certifying that the tenderer / candidate: - is not in a state of insolvency and is not the subject of bankruptcy proceedings, -liquidation, judicial settlement or preventive concordat, cessation of activity,

- (or a member of the management) has not been guilty of serious professional misconduct and has not been seriously the performance of its contractual obligations, is in order concerning the payment of social security contributions and its taxes, undertakes to comply withRand-Ducale in the field of social regulations and the labor code,

- document constituting the company and / or status with its latest update. If the candidate is a natural person, document certifying his legal status, (Ariba 3.5),
