Purchase and installation of furniture as part of the construction of the Marie Curie 2 Seniors Residence, La Garde (83)

This consultation is passed in accordance with an appropriate open procedure with the possibility of negotiation freely determined by the contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions ofArticle L. 2123-1 of the code of the public order. As an indication, we can foresee that the services will start in the month of: July 2019. There is a 3 weeks preparation period during which the company will have to present all the samples and the color charts for validation of the master work, before the launch of manufacturing. The duration of the market also includes amaine for the installation of the furniture. It was decided to launch the consultation for the supply of furniture in a 2 time, and this during construction. The contract to be concluded as a result of this procedure will have for object: the lot 15 - furniture nature and scope of the services: the supply, the delivery, the installation and the assembly of the furniture.

Main Site: Residence Marie Curie - street Albert Pi83130 La Garde.

It is planned a period of preparation of 3weeks during which the company will have to present all the samples and the color charts for validation of the master work, before the launching of the manufacture. The duration of the market also includes a week for the installation of the furniture. It was decided to launch the consultation for the supply of furniture in a 2 time, and this during construction. The contract to be concluded as a result ofThe subject of the proceedings shall be: Lot 15 - Nature and scope of furniture: Supply, delivery, installation and assembly of the furniture.

The commitment act has not to be signed by the candidates. L'Apos; act of engagement as well as the CCAP will be signed by the only successful candidate before its notification to this one. It will belikewise subcontracting declarations, where appropriate. In order to avoid any delay in the notification, as well as any additional steps, candidates are invited to sign their offers before filing them. In default, they are informed that the only deposit of the offer is worth commitment of them to sign later the market which will be allotted. Any default of signature, delay or reticencethis exposes the author of the offer to an action in liability.

The contracting authority reserves the right to analyze the tenders before applications as permitted by Article R. 2144-3 of the Public Order Code. The contracting authority will eliminate the candidates whose candidacy will be judged inadmissible or whose capacities will be judged insufficient.

The contracting authority will eliminate theunsuitable offers and decide whether or not to enter into negotiations, the contracting authority may in any event decide to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation. In the affirmative, it will decide whether or not it admits to the negotiation the candidates having put forward irregular or unacceptable offers, in the respect of the principle of equality of treatment between the candidats. The contracting authority reserves the right, on the basis of the selection criteria for tenders, to negotiate with the 3 candidates that it has selected.
