Open Call for Open Bid for Multilateral Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders for Workdrinking water and sanitation passes in accordance with the formalized procedure with negotiation in application of article R. 2124-3 of the code of the public order. The purchase technique is the framework agreement with a purchase order pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code public order. For information, this framework agreement will be attributed to the stage ofoffer to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The distribution method used is the one indicated or for each legal purchase order, the choice of the holder is made in rotation (according to the order of classification of offers or in alphabetical order).
