Works of drinking water and wastewater networks in the communes of agglo de Beziers

Works of renewal in trenches and rehabilitation without trenches of drinking water supply and wastewater collection networks. all the communes of Agglo. The previous proceedings were declared unsuccessful on grounds of general interest. Indeed, the contracting authorityhas wished to redefine its need in order to better adapt it to the realities of construction sites, particularly in terms of allotment. This framework agreement sets all the conditions of performance of the services, it is executed as and when issuing purchase orders issued by the contracting entity.

Works on networks of drinking water and water used in trench on the commune of Beziers.the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender provided for in articles 45, 46 and 48 of order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets.

1) the agglo, in a concern of promotion of the employment and of-the fight against exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of Article 38 of the 23.7.2015 ordinance by including in the specifications of this framework agreement a mandatory clause for insertion by the economic activity. In this framework agreement, the 5 lots are concerned by this clause, the details are in the appendix of the CCAP;

2) the candidates can rely on subcontracts(or co-contractors) to justify the technical, professional and economic capabilities required by this Framework Agreement. For this purpose, the subcontractors must be declared at the filing stage and they must submit the same documents required by article 6.1 of the consultation regulations, otherwise the application will be rejected; (3) to monitor the quality of the services, a systememe is set up. The procuring entity will thus be able to note the deficiencies of the grantor according to the table present in the SCC,

4) the price will be assessed with regard to the total of the non published DQE and not communicated to the candidates;

5) the technical memory will become contractual in case of assignment;
