This consultation concerns sanitation, deviation, rehabilitation, extension, filling, compliance, to be carried out on all worksssainissement visitable or not visitable, or new remediation works, located in the department of Val-De-Marne managed by the Department of Environmental Services and Sanitation (DSEA) in the municipalities affected by major projects transport and urban development. As such, it is clear to the candidates that the DSEA will be able to requestpossibly simultaneous, on the whole track of the projects according to the progress of the work of the various actors. The works will be carried out under constraints due to:
The works mainly include:
- the deviation of existing networks and their replacement sliced or underground (by drilling, gallery, drilling, etc.),
- strengthening and rehabilitation of existing networks (collectors and connections) by lining, injection ...,
- the filling of abandoned networks,
- the bringing into conformity of connections and networks,
- etc ...
Given the homogeneous nature of work and in order not to render the performance of services technically difficult and not to increase the costs, the framework agreement is not alloti. The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the holders of the framework agreement. The sums due pursuant to the Framework Agreement shall be governed by an administrative warrant within an overall payment period of 30 days under the conditions provided for by the rules of public accounting, in accordance with Article 59.of order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets, articles 114 to 121 of decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets and decree n 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 relating to the fight against late payments in the contracts of the public order.
The benefits will be financed within the framework of the annexation budget of the department.
