Construction of an external sewer network Filota.

The object of the sewage study is to design the sewage pipelines of the Postal Code. Filota, Levaia, Pelargos, Antigoneia, Vegora and Maniaki in the Hellenic Republic, to be built west of Filota, next to the banks of the Soulo stream. The present study also provides the constructwell of the following 4 sewage pumping stations:

Main Site: Municipality of Amyntaio - Filota Municipality.

The object of the sewage study is to design the sewage pipelines of the Zip Code. Filota, Levaia, Pelargos, Antigoneia, Vegora and Maniaki in the Hellenic Republic, to be built west of Filota, next to the banks of the Soulo stream. In the present study, it is predictedalso the construction of the following 4 sewage pumping stations:

- MAN1, at the boundary of Maniaki,

- BG1, at the Maniaki - Vegora road junction with the Soulou stream,

- LAK1, at the boundary of Levaia,

- FIL1, northeast of At a distance of 2, 000 meters from it, next to the Soulo stream.and, with a total budget of EUR 2 685 566.93 (expenditure of work, GS and UN, unforeseen), and located:

a) in a Member State of the Union.

b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).

(c) in third countries that have signed and ratified the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes(d) third countries not covered by subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.

An economic operator participates either individually or as a member of an association.

Economic operators associations participate under the terms ofpar. 2, 3 and 4 of article 19 and par. 1 (e) and 3 (b) of article 76 of Law 4412 / 2016.

These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form for filing bid. If the association becomes a sponsor, its legal form must be such as to ensure the existence of a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).When appropriate, in order to pursue a professional activity, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their State of establishment. Specifically bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Contracting Companies Register (MEEP) in the project category (s) of Article 21 hereof

Bidders established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be listed in Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

Participating economic operators must have financial and financial standing as defined article 100, paragraph 4 of Law 3669/2008, as amended and in force today.
