It is required to fulfill the conditions of participation of the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO" only). The applicant shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in a public procurement pursuant to - 32 or - 152 of the FTA in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement law.
