- the construction of an internal sewerage network in the settlement tof Hortiatis, with a total length of

8, 100 m, in order to complete the existing network and to cover the total area of the settlement from the wastewater network. From the internal network, consisting of the central network and the subnet 2, the wastewater supply is led to the sewage water main of the settlement, through 2 local pumping stations, - the construction of an internal drainage network λin the settlement of Asvestohori, with a total length of approximately 13, 200 m, to complete the existing network and to cover the whole area of the settlement from the wastewater network, ensuring the rational operation of the existing network (abolition of the use of the grid) and the construction of a local pumping station,

- the central sewage collection pipeline, consisting offrom:

400, 00 m of gravity pipeline, from the settlement of Chortiatis to the main pumping station Chortiatis

double depression pipeline of approximately 1, 900 m., up to the Horatitis KA-2 central pumping station. With this pipeline, there is a detour of the existing wastewater treatment plant of Chortiatis, which, due to its age, also works with problems, influencing the quality of thewhich leads to the Thermi river

a depressive pipeline of about 1100 m. long, to the central well, from which the sewage is transported to a gravity duct of approximately 2, 500 m., passing through the settlement of Exohi to the boundary of its settlement Asvestochori - the central sewage collector of the settlement of Asvestohori, which receives the sewage- through the construction of the main pumping stations Choriati KA-1 and KA-2, with the necessary equipment and automated control system, through a gravity duct, total length of 1, 400 m and the total flow is led to the existing pipeline - conveyor of Asvestochori - Pefki - Pumping Station .

Participation is open to natural or legal persons or associations thereof, active in the sector-(B) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA); (c) in third countries which have been established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA); sign and ratify the SBS, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes on Annex I to Annex I to the said Agreementand (d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.

An economic operator shall participate either individually or as a member of an association.

The associations of economic operators participate under the conditions of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 254 and paragraphs 1 (e) and 3 (b)-of Article 76 of Law 4412/2016.

These associations are not required to have a specific legal form for the submission of a bid. If the association becomes a contractor, its legal form must be such as to ensure that there is a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).

As regards the suitability for the exercise of the professional-economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register maintained in their country of residence.

Especially tenderers established in Greece are required to be registered with the Register of Contractors (MEEP), in the category 5th grade or higher or 4th grade upgrades. Tenderers who are established-in a Member State of the European Union, are required to be registered with the Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

Economic and financial capacity of economic operators is proved:

(a) for registered construction companies in the EU : - - or from the certificate of registration in MEEP, which is a presumption of the information contained in it - or, if the requirements of Article 22 (C) of the Declaration are not covered by the certificate of registration by submitting one or more of the means of proof provided for in Part I of Annex XII (Evidence of Selection Criteria), Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

In any case, the certificate of registration may be submitted for the proof of only certain requirementseconomic and financial standing of Article 22 (C) of the Declaration, while proof of the other requirements may be furnished with one or more of the means of proof provided for in Part I of Annex XII of Law 4412/2016, depending on the in Article

22.C of the claim requirement. Specifically, to prove the requirement not to exceed the maximum permissibleof the unused balance of contract contracts: - by submitting a valid degree update or - by submitting a responsible declaration of the temporary contractor accompanied by a list of all the projects under execution (either as a single contractor or in a consortium or subcontracting) the backlog for each project and the total backlog for the contractors(b) foreign economic operators registered in official lists or certified by certification bodies that comply with European certification standards within the meaning of Annex VII of Appendix A Of Law 4412/2016, may provide the contracting authorities with a certificatea registration certificate issued by the competent authority or a certificate issued by the competent certification body as provided for in Article 83 of Law 4412/2016 and in paragraph 9 of this Article.c) on official lists or certified by certification bodies as above, submit as supporting documents 1 ormore than the evidence provided in Part I of Annex XII of Law 4412/2016.

Participating economic operators should have economic and financial capacity as defined in Article 100, paragraph 8 of Law 3669/2008, as amended and currently in force, for those operating in the category.

Especially the contractors registered in the MEEP should not exceed the maximum permissible underspending limitsin accordance with the specific provisions of Article 20 (4) of Law 3669/2008, as in force.
