Sewerage system in Brno II. - The selection of the contractor of the retention center References Number: 1125

The subject of the contractor's activity will be the provision of services and construction work (and supply of supplies) in the design and implementation of retention plants of Červen- ml-n and Kralovky (including technology supplies) and implementation of automated control system of sieve sieve in real time (RTC), and-including communication and putting into operation retention basins in accordance with their purpose, including the implementation of related terrain landscapes. It is the salient requirement of the contracting authority to supply optimal control software to the function of individual retention planes in the Statutory City of Brno on the basis of prediction of rainfall in terms of their intensity and long duration and minimizationsewerage. Within the scope of the public procurement, the supplier's activity will be mainly the following: a) preparation of the documentation for grounding the decision; (b) acquire ground-based decisions; c) elaboration of documentation for building permit; d) acquire building permits; --- pokračovanie II.2.4) --- Main site: Brno

The supplier furthermore proves that he / she fulfills his / her professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Act. (c) the CVED by submitting the documents referred to below for his or her person or by the persons to whom it will be able to provide: a)certified for authorization according to Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in the construction, as amended by later regulations for branches according to paragraph 5.3 of the CC; (b) be authorized to carry out mining or mining activities in accordance with Article 2 (2). (c) and (e) and Article 3 (3).
