Project management of the requalification of the wastewater treatment plant of the union of the Beynost and Saint-Maurice de Beynost wastewater treatment plant.

Main Site: Beynost Commune (Ain - 01). midIt includes the elements of missions defined in the decree n 93 - 1268 of the 29.11.1993: AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR for the requalification of the wastewater treatment station current 10 600 EH making it possible to meet the needs years to come and reinforce cleansing performance and nuisance control.

Mission also includes the following integratedAVP element: the constitution and supply of grant application files.

The operation includes the following complementary missions:

MC1: the establishment of the files of request for authorization or declaration envisaged by the code of the town planning (building permit in particular),

MC2: consultations for the topography, the CSPS and the technical controller,

MC3: consultation for the diagasbestos,

MC4: consultation, analysis of tenders and supervision of the service provider for the performance of the guarantee tests.

Mode of awarding the contract: ordinary single market.

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate enters in any case meArticles 43 and 44 of the CMP,

Economic and financial capacity - references required / minimum specific level (s) required:

- statement concerning overall turnover and turnoverthe services covered by the contract, carried out during the past 3 financial years, - appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks, - the principal holders of the capital with an indication of their financial holdings.

This note will include a functional organization chart of the company, the group and the main affiliates in case of link (s).

Nnew procedure initiated following the decision of the contracting authority not to enter the market for reasons of general interest.

First demand guarantee covering 100% of the advance amount.

Essential financial modalitiesPayment and / or references to the texts that regulate them:

The procedure for awarding the competitive procedure with negotiation. It is subject to the provisions of articles 25-i.2 and 71 to 73 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

Characteristics of the prices: overall fixed price. Modalities of price variation: periodic review every six months. An advance of 5% will be granted inthe conditions set out in the contract. Account Settlement Method: as per the terms and conditions of the CCLS-PI. The global payment period is 30 days. Financing modalities: credits entered in the budget of the union of the treatment plant of Beynost and St Maurice de Beynost - 2017 fiscal year.

Legal form to be covered by the group of economic operators awarded the contract:

Groupementin the absence of a professional technical office and an architect registered with the order.

It is forbidden for the candidates to submit several tenders by acting at the same time. times:

The team of mastery of workIt will include at least one technical consultant and an architect registered to the order.

The contract will start from the date fixed by the order of service. Applicants must propose the time limit for performing the services.
