The subject of the order is the provision of sewage removal and disposal service liquid from ED160, ED161, ED250, ED74 complex unitsand wagon warehouses equipped with a closed toilet system and provision of liquid waste removal and disposal services from a stationary container with a capacity of 12 m at the station Białystok

The subject of the order is the service of rolling stock removal in the following locations: Poznań, Gorzow Wielkopolski . Execution may apply for the ordera spouse who has the competence or authority to conduct a specific professional activity.

1. The Contracting Authority will consider that the contractor meets the abovementioned condition if it proves to have a valid and valid permit to operate in the area of freezing of septic tanks and transporting liquid waste, in the city in which there is a station covered by a given part of the orderaccording to the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (ie, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended).

2. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the order, the above requirements must be met by each Contractor jointly applying for the award of a public order.

In order to confirm the fulfillment by the contractor of the conditions forregarding the technical and professional capacity specified above, the Contracting Authority requests submission of: - 1) statements in Part IV Section A, point 2) EAT with regard to possessed relevant permits.

Documents that the contractor will be required to submit at the request of the Employer pursuant to Art. 26 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law or art. 26 par. 2f of the Public Procurement Law - to confirm ownership or-entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate provisions of a copy of the current and valid permit for operating in the area of freezing of septic tanks and transport of liquid waste, in the city, where the location is covered in the part / ach, na ktorą / e the contractor has submitted his offer, issued in accordance with the provisions ofthe Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (ie, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 250). The contractor joining more than one part of the contract will be required to submit permits to operate in the area of freezing of septic tanks and transport of liquid waste in the cities, which relate to the parts chosen by the contractor.ordering the greens can be requested by the contractor who is in an economic and financial situation enabling the order to be made.

The Ordering Party does not specify any requirements in this respect, which the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in a special way.

1. Information clause from art. 13 RODO in connection with conducting the subject proceedings for the award of public ordersit was included in Chapter XXIII of the TOR.

2. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of 10% of the total gross price of the offer, as soon as the contract is signed. In addition to the provisions of Chapter III.1.3) of this announcement:

- The Contractor may rely on the professional abilities of another entity if he proves that by completing the order he wille has at its disposal the necessary resources of these entities, in particular it will present the obligation of these entities to provide it with the necessary resources to fulfill the order, - If experience is demonstrated in the performance of services whose values are expressed in a currency other than PLN, these values will be recalculated at the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the day of publicationannouncements in the Official Journal of the European Union. If, on this day, the NBP does not publish the mid exchange rate table, the Employer shall accept as a basis the exchange rate from the table of average exchange rates published on the day following the publication of the announcement on the contract in the Official Journal of the European Union.

4. Indicated in point II.2.7. the date of commencement of the implementation of the order is an approximate termand not required. In the event that the date on which it will be possible to conclude a public procurement contract in accordance with Art. 94 par. 1 or art. 183 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, will fall later than indicated in point II.2.7. the date of commencement of order fulfillment for each part will be the date of conclusion of the contract
