Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy builds and maintains buildings owned by the City of Tampere. There are approximately EUR 60 million in building projects each year, ranging from minor renovation projects to large new buildings.n design, construction and maintenance consultancy services to ensure the safe demolition of buildings. The provider must be able to provide services related to cleanliness and humidity management and cleanliness assessment in accordance with the attached service description.
