The contract for this tender involves the cleaning of public spaces and the installation, emptying andn removal of waste bins and toilets at King's Day, Pride and in the Arena area. The tender is divided into 2 lots:

1) events

2) toilets

The agreement contains different types of service levels:

- maintenance of parts within the scope (chapter 2 scope and annex 4 area),

- meeting minimum product requirements (chapter 7 product requirements and appendix 3 image measuring bars andadditional program of requirements), - fulfill process-related requirements including KPIs with 3 given KPIs as a minimum starting point (Chapter 8 process requirements and Appendix 5 KPIs),

- the extra service offered, possibly also by increasing the above-mentioned service levels of the client, on based on the submitted plan of action and the KPIs,

- service levels agreed during the term op product or process level.
