Collection and processing of old paper and cardboard (OPK)
The aim of the contracting authority is to conclude a framework agreement for the collection and processing of waste paper and cardboard (OPK).
The purpose of the contracting authority is to close a window coveragreement for the collection and processing of waste paper and cardboard (OPK).
The work consists of the following main lines:
- Transporting, transferring, possibly sorting and post-transport for the recycling of the collected OPK,
- Disposal at a processor of the collected OPK,
- Periodically making available on request, according to a fixed schedule or on demand, (sales) containers forthe collection of OPK to associations with a permanent and / or temporary delivery facility,
- The removal of all collected OPK to a transshipment and / or processing establishment determined by the contractor,
- Receiving at the transshipment and / or processing establishment from OPK that is supplied by third parties on behalf of the relevant municipalities.
Processing all that has been collectedOPK by a processing facility determined by the contractor.
