The subject of the orderis collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste orders specified in the description of the commune of City Skierniewice, originating from residential real estate, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal biodegradable wastefor storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (unified text Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1454), provisions of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste ( ie: Journal of Laws of 2019 item 701, as amended), provisions of the Wojewodzki Plan Gospodarki Odpadami, adopted by Resolution No. XL / 502/17 of the Provincial Assembly of Ł-dź of 20.6.2017 regardingadoption of the waste management plan for the Lodz voivodship for the years 2016-2022 including 2023-2028, Resolutions no. XL / 503/17 of the Provincial Parliament of Lodz of 20.6.2017 regarding the implementation of the waste management plan for the Lodz voivodship for the years 2016-2020 taking into account the years 2023-2028 (Official Journal of the Lodz Province from 2017 item 3160, change from 2018 item 3942, item 6393), I am prescribingand Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Skierniewice introduced by the resolution of the Skierniewice City Council No. XXXIII / 17/2017 of 26/01/2017 (Official Journal of the Lodz Voivodship of 2017, item 858), and provisions of the City Council resolution Skierniewice nr XXVI / 108/2016 of 23.6.2016 on determining the specific manner and scope of the provision of services in the field of collection and developmentmunicipal waste from property owners where the residents live, in return for payment (Journal of Laws of Lodz, 2016, item 3059, as amended) - Devices for collecting waste (containers, containers), which will be set in the collection points designated by the Employer, provides the Contractor. - Detailed data on the number of buildings one and severalnumber of places for collecting waste (garbage bowers, chutes, designated places for containers), the amount and type of containers required in 3.6. The ordering party considers the condition regarding the economic or financial situation fulfilled if the contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for a minimum sum of PLN 2, 000, 000.00 (in words: two million PLN)otych).

12. The bid bond

12.1. The Contractor joining the tender is obliged to make a bid bond in the amount of PLN 200, 000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand zlotys).

12.2. The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders.

12.3. The bid bond can be paid in the following forms:

a) in cash, by bank transfer to the account number: Universal Savings Bank Bank Polski SA No. 81 1020 3352 0000 1402 0193 3969 with the note "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Skierniewice originating from immovable property",

b) Bank guarantees or guarantees of the Cooperative Savings and Credit Union, however, the surety is always cash guarantee,

c) bank guarantees,

d) insurance guaranteesch,

e) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310).

12.4. In the case of depositing a deposit in a form other than money, the original proof of payment of the bid security must be submitted together with the offer. The bid bond document (guarantee / guarantee) must be signedwith an electronic signature by the person / s issuing the wadkable document

12.5. For the effective deposit in cash, the Ordering Party considers the bid bond, which until the deadline for submission of bids, will be on the Employer's account. The moment of deposit payment is the date of receipt on the account and not the date of submitting the transfer.

12.6. The ordering party will keep the deposit paid in cash on the bank account and the taxthe refund will take place in accordance with art. 46 ust. 4 Public Procurement Laws

12.7. The ordering party will retain the deposit together with interest in cases provided for in art. 46 ust. 4a and 5 Public Procurement Laws

12.8. The ordering party returns a deposit in the cases specified in art. 46 Public Procurement Laws

12.9. The offer of the Contractor who will not pay the bid security under the rules described in the Terms of Reference will be rejected.

12.10. The proof of payment of the bid security should be attached to the offersy.

The Contracting Party conducts proceedings pursuant to art. 10a of the Public Procurement Law by using means of electronic communication.
