Pumping services, cleaning and cleaning of hydro-scoured areas and buried networks of the Pointe Jarry power station.

The ED PEI power station at Pointe Jarry is Guadeloupe's main power generation unit, with diesel technology (heavy fuel oil operation) the power plant is a classified ICPE class Seveso threshold high.

The expected service consists of pumping, cleaning and cleaning of all the effluents produced by the power plant.(Hydrocarbon effluents or sewage or effluents containing basic or acidic chemicals.)

The criteria listed below apply to individual applicants and to each member of a pool of candidates:

The applicant must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentionedArticles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.. The applicant must attach the following documents to his application:

- a K-bis extract of less than 3 months old.
