I / S REFA is a joint municipal waste company with Lolland and Guldborgsund municipalities as stakeholders. is responsible for, and performs all work relating to loading, transport, temporary storage, reloading, cargo, chartering, unloading, and final utilization of all RGP / Kedel ash produced on REFA's waste heat exchanger plant, for this purpose the authority case handling concerning. permits, bank guarantees, notification of transport to authorities regarding loading, transport, temporary storage, reloading, loading, chartering, unloading, and final utilization of all RGP / Kedel ash produced on REFA's waste

Applicant must enclose a completed ESPD section IV.B which is completed as described below.
