The subject of the order is themlease of printing devices together with their assembly, installation of the central printing system and comprehensive service and operation support for these devices and installed systems for the RZGW headquarters in Szczecin and subordinate organizational units for a period of 36 months.

The subject of the order is the lease of printing devices together with their assembly, installation of the Central Printout System and comprehensive service and operation support for these devices and installed systems for the RZGW headquarters in Szczecin and subordinate organizational units for a period of 36 months.

Detailed description the subject of the order is attached as Annex 7 to theToR.

1. In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General RegulationData Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I would like to inform you that:

1) The administrator of your personal data is Państwowe Gospodarki Wodne Woda Polskie with its registered office in Warsaw 00-844, ul. Grzybowska 80/82, POLAND, REGON: 368302575, NIP: 527-282-56-16;

2) Contact with the Inspector for Personal Data Protection at PGW WP: iod@wody.gov.pl;

3) Your personal data is processedane will be based on art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR for the purpose related to the procedure for the award of the public contract in question;

4) recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to whom documentation of the procedure based on art. 8 and art. 96 section 3 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended), hereinafter "PPL Act";

5) Your personal data will be stored, in accordance with Article 97 (1) of the Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the contract award procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the storage period shall cover all time the duration of the contract;

6) the obligation for you to provide personal data directly regarding you is a statutory requirement set out inh of the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; the consequences of not providing specific data result from the Public Procurement Law;

7) with respect to your personal data, decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, applying to art. 22 GDPR;

8) you have:

a. based on Article. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data regarding you;

b. ontawa art. 16 GDPR, the right to rectify your personal data;

c. based on Article. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in art. 18 clause 2 GDPR;

d. the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violatesGDPR;

9) you are not entitled to:

a. in connection with art. 17 clause 3 lit. b, d or e GDPR, the right to delete personal data;

b. the right to transfer personal data referred to in art. 20 GDPR;

c. based on Article. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data, because the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR.

2. The contractor is fromobliged to secure his offer a deposit in the amount of:

PLN 15, 000.00 (say: fifteen thousand zlotys 00/100).

2.1. The bid security is lodged before the bid submission deadline.

2.2. The bid bond may be lodged in one or several of the following forms:

1) money;

2) bank guarantees or cooperative sureties from the savings and credit union, except that guaranteeing the guarantee is alwaysfinancial surety;

3) bank guarantees;

4) insurance guarantees;

5) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 point 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310).

3. The order will be carried out within the following dates:

1) delivery of printing devices: up to 28 days from the date of signing the redemptionwy;

2) configuration and commissioning of printing devices: up to 14 days from the date of delivery;

3) lease of printing devices: 36 months from the date of completing the configuration and commissioning of printing devices.
