Realization of services and supply of material in the cultivation and care of the grass-roots community ŠL TANAP for 2019 - detail the description in the tender documentation

For all parts

1.Performance of the part concerning the personal status - 32 par. 1 floor. (a) neither he, nor its statutory organ, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory organ nor a prosecutor, is convicted of a criminal offensecorruption, criminal offense of harm to the financial interests of the European Communities, criminal act of legalization of crime, criminal act of founding, formation and support of a criminal group, criminal act of founding, grouping or supporting a terrorist group, criminal acts of terrorism and certain forms of terrorism, trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense whichthe substance of which is connected with the business or criminal act of machining in public procurement and public auction - attested by a record from the register of penalties not more than three months

- 32 par. 1 floor.
