Operation and Maintenance of Buildings for Drainage of Plots - Region of South Moravia

The subject of above-mentioned public service orders is the provision of regular services to ensure the functionality and uninterrupted operation of buildings drainage of land for the "South Moravia region" in accordance with the operating order, statetechnical documentation and related water management documents, in accordance with the relevant legislation or decisions of the administrative bodies related to the baking and operation of these waterworks.

The subject of over-limit public service orders is the provision of regular services, which result in the provision of a functionaland the continuous operation of buildings for drainage of land for "South Moravia" in accordance with the operating order, construction and technical documentation and related waterproofing documents, in accordance with the relevant legislation or decisions of the administrative offices related to the baking and operation of these waterworks. is the regular service of HOZ and HOZ Maintenance (Service of Movable Mechanisms, Pumps andcheckpoints of the functionality and condition of the pumping stations, surface areas, building objects, wiring according to the specified frequency or only inspections of the functionality and condition according to the frequency setpoint, management of the operating denomination and review of the review, securing the sampling point, control and deduction of electric energy, Instruments, Occupational Health and Safety Inspection, Revision of electrical installation noPumps in the house, Cutting in the HOZ space, Purification of pitches, inlet and outlet objects, Maintenance of electrical installations, Metal coatings and Maintenance of the transformer station). The subject matter is furthermore to provide services related to the provision of electric power supply hubs and to ensure the supply of electricity at the high voltage level for the operation of the main drainage systems. Full subjectIt is also possible to provide selected ad hoc services for the event of havarious equipment or other situations that need to be resolved without delay to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment (repairs of pumping stations and hatches, repairs of technological units and building structures of HOZ, inspection work and other services).

Presumed value for provision of services for the operation and maintenance of buildings for drainage of plots forthe duration of the contract (ie the assumption of 2018 31.12.2022): 16, 314, 400, - CZK excluding VAT. Estimated value for the provision of ad hoc services for the duration of the contract (ie, assumption 2018 31.12.2022): 8, 300, 000, - CZK excluding VAT. The public bid is conceived as the sum of the financial limit assumed by the value of the annually recurring services for which the assumption is fully exhausted and fThe limit is assumed to be the value for ad hoc services that is given for the entire period of the contract (this limit may and may not be exhausted). The sum of these limits should not exceed the total estimated value of the public contract for the duration of the contract.

The fulfillment of professional competence is proved by the supplier, who submits copies of the following documents: a) extract from the trade register or similarevidence, unless otherwise required by such law; b) proof that it is authorized to do business to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public procurement, unless otherwise required by law, such as: trade license for the branch: Manufacturing, trade and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act; Providing services for agriculture, horticulture, fishpond, forestry and the mindvost; or Prepared and completed building works, specialized building activities; or Providing of constructions, their alterations and removals; Installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment and; Handling hazardous waste. (c) proof that he or she has been professionally qualified or has a person who, through professional competence, ensures that the profession ofrequired by the regulations required: a certificate of professional competence in electrotechnics pursuant to Section 9 of Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., in the wording of later regulations; Certified for professional qualification in electrotechnics according to Section 6, Section 7 and Section 8 of Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., in the wording of later regulations, on electrical equipment with a voltage up to 1000 V and lightning conductors, AND; Proficiency Testing in Electrical Engineering forexpert worker with higher qualification according to - 6, - 7, - 8 of Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., in the wording of later regulations, on reserved electrical devices without limitation of voltage, cl. AND; certified by professional competence to carry out work for testing of all types of operated bearings and hoists with manual and motor drive according to ČSN 27 0142
