CPV Description: Services Subject to the above-mentioned public service contracts, the provision of services in order to ensure the functionality and the orderly and reliable operation of buildings for the irrigation of plots of land Kan-l Krhovice-Hevlin in accordance with the operating order, construction and technical documentation-The subject of above-public public service contracts is the provision of services to ensure the functionality and the orderly and reliable operation of buildings for the irrigation of the Kanal Krhovice-Hevlin land in accordance with the operating order, construction and technical documentation and related waterproofing documents.

The subject matter is provided furtheror services relating to the provision of electricity supply points and the provision of electricity at high voltage for the operation of HZZ in accordance with the relevant and valid legislation .. The subject of the service is furthermore to provide selected ad hoc services for the case of equipment or any other situation which is must be dealt with without delay to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment(b) Evidence of the right to act in the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, as well as to the following documents: (a) A copy of the commercial register or other similar document, if another legal regulation requires such records; if other legal regulations require such a remedy:

• trade license for the branch:

- manufacture, trade and services- installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment, - construction of buildings, their alterations and removals or preparatory and finishing works, special construction activities, - handling of hazardous waste. ) Proof that it is professionally caused or disposed of by a person who, by means of professional competence, -- Proof of professional competence in electrotechnics according to - 9 of the Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., in the wording of later regulations, - Certification of professional competence for the performance of work in electrotechnics according to - 8 of the Decree no. 50/1978 Coll., In the wording of later regulations, for conducting activities, it performs in a supplier way on electrical equipment up to and above 1-000 V, cl. A, B. - Certified for professional competence to carry out work on the inspection and testing of pressure equipment and their equipment for which ČSN 69 0012 applies, - Certification of professional competence for carrying out work for testing of all types of operating lawns and hoists with manual and motor drive according to ČSN 27 0142.

The contracting authority allows all suppliers to visit future locationsto be filled on 28.2.2018. Meetings of the interested parties about the visit with the contracting authority's representative is at 10:00 am on Zavlahy Dyjakovice, spol. s.r.o., Dyjakovice 313. Further information on the site inspection is provided in Attachment 4 of the documentation.
