Purchase and delivery of IT equipment with software for the project. Intelligent statistics production system road and sea transport using large volumes of data

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of IT equipment and software for the project "Intelligent system for the production of road and sea transport statistics using large volumes of data for shaping the transport policy of the Transtat country" in 2019

Main Site: Szczecin, POLAND

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) purchase and deliverythe following IT equipment for the needs of the project `Intelligent system for the production of road and sea transport statistics using large volumes of data for shaping the transport policy of the Transtat country` in 2019:

a) server in a rack type 1 - 3 pieces,

b) server in a rack type 2 enclosure - 1 piece,

c) uninterruptible power supply UPS - 1 piece,

d) mains switchy switch 10 GbitE (48 ports) - 1 piece,

e) 19`` rack, 42U - 1 piece,

f) operator console (KVM) for 19 `` rack, 1 piece,

g) server operating system license - 4 pieces,

h) license for integrated programming environment (IDE) - 3 pieces,

i) license for software for design, modeling and analysis of diagrams in UML - 2 pieces,

2) equipment installation in deliveryrack connected to the Contractor, including:

a) connecting the supplied equipment to the power supply,

b) connecting the supplied equipment to the LAN,

c) initial commissioning of the supplied equipment,

d) updating the firmware of all supplied equipment to the latest available version,

e ) conducting tests of the supplied equipment and verifying its parameters.

2. Detailed orderres and the manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Description of the subject of the contract", constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR., environmental clause - point 3.5 of the ToR.

3. Information clause of Article 13 of the GDPR for the purpose related to the procurement procedurepublic works - point 1.16 of the Terms of Reference. The principles of confidentiality of data and information are specified in item 1.17 of the Terms of Reference.

4. The offer should be submitted under pain of nullity in an electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature, via the Platform available at: http: //gus.ezamawiacy.pl.

5. The Awarding Entity, before awarding the contract, will call the Contractor whose offer fromthe last highest rated to submit the following statements or documents:

1) information from the National Criminal Record in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids or requests to participate,

2) a certificate from the competent head of the tax office confirming that youthe contractor is not in arrears with payment of taxes issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids or applications for admission to the proceedings, or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the relevant tax authority regarding the repayment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, in particular, obtained the law providedm release, deferment or installment of overdue payments or suspension of the entire implementation of the decision of the competent authority,

3) a certificate of the appropriate organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with social security contributions or health, younot earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids or requests to participate in the procedure, or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, in particular, he obtained the exemption provided for by law, deferment or payment in installments overduepayments or withholding in full the decision of the competent authority,

4) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or a register in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Act,

5) the Contractor`s statement of the lack of a judgment against him under the title Wedpreventive prohibition of applying for public contracts,

6) information from the bank or cooperative savings and credit union, in which the Contractor has an account, confirming the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness of the Contractor, issued not earlier than 1 month before the deadline for submitting offers,

7) supporting evidence or advisingin the statement referred to in point 9.1 of the ToR, deliveries have been made or are being duly performed.

6. Documents of foreign and joint entities (paragraphs 9.9 and 9.10 of the ToR).

7. Deposit: PLN 5, 700.00

8. ZNWU: 10% of the value of the contract with VAT.

9. The awarding entity envisages the award of additional orders, referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the Act, with a value of PLN 39, 897.00 net.

10. The order is part of the orderof fishing granted in parts, with a total value of PLN 1 926 495.00 net.
