Acquisition of servers and hardware equipment necessary for the IT system infrastructure, according to Annex 1 - Contracts modelt delivery. The term of execution of the contract is until 15.12.2018 at the latest.

Acquisition of servers and hardware equipment necessary for the IT system infrastructure. Amount 12 pieces in accordance with Appendix 1 supply contract model. The validity of the contract is up to 31.12.2018.

1) The bidders, third parties sustainedor subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided by art. 73, 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016. It will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including the associate / third party) with the information related to their situation. All economic operators will also submit the declaration of non-compliance in the situations stipulated in art. 73 of L99/2016 (Form 4) together with the DUAE. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the interim ranking made at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be: 1) certificates showing the outstanding debts with-the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of submission; 2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator, or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as-results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, prince documents prove that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on Public Procurement; 4) other editing documents, as appropriate. The information contained in these documents must be validwhen presenting them. The offer will be filed with DUAE (for bidders, subcontractors, associates, third supporters, if applicable), firm commitment of the third supporter (if applicable) resulting in the actual manner in which its support will materialize, or, as the case may be, subcontracting and / or association agreement.
