The supplier will deliver the goods according to the clauses of the contract, which also has the obligation to commission and train the personnel for the offered solution, at the place of operation specified in the tender book.

The bidders (including associates / subcontractors / thirds supporters) have the obligation to complete and present the initial DUAE as the first proof of non-compliance in the exclusion and capacity requirements (see ANAAP User Guide) available at www.anap.gov.ro). Bidders will respond within the DUAE by YES or NO if they fitIn case of submitting a joint offer, the DUAE will be completed by each economic operator separately.

Global indication for all selection criteria.

The economic operator will be limited to completing section a) of Part IV of the DUAE without having to complete any other section of Part IV.

The supporting documents that prove to be fulfillingthe assumption of the assumed by the completion of the DUAE shall be presented at the request of the contracting authority only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. 1

The economic operator (individual bidder, member of an association, subcontractor, third party supporter) or any person who is a member of the board / bodyits management, supervision or supervision, or having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, is not in any of the situations referred to in art. 164 par. The tenderer (individual economic operator or any member of the association) must prove an average of the total turnover for the last 3 financial years ended 2015, 2016, 2017 at least:

- 550, 000 RON in the case of tenders for lot 1,

- 30 500 RON in the case of bids for lot 2.

The economic and financial capacity of the economic operator may beheld in accordance with art. 182 of the Law no. 98/2016. Through the firm commitment, the third party / third party confirms that they will / will support the bidder in fulfilling the contractual obligations, either by specifying how they will concretely intervene to meet the obligations for which they have provided the support, or by indicating the financial resources which he will put-at the disposal of the bidder (describing how it will do so). According to the provisions of art. 184 of the Law no. 98/2016, through the firm commitment, the third party / third party will be committed to jointly respond to the bidder for the execution of the public procurement contract. If the tenderer can not be contacted in order to carry out the legal formalities for carrying out the public procurement procedure, the responsibility for the consequences arising from it is entirely his responsibility.

CAUTION! At transmission of documentsofferings and SEAP offerings will not upload elements of the DUAE / technical proposal / participation guarantee as files within the financial proposal section as they will not be able to be evaluated.
