Selection of a receptive agency for the Establishment of Additional Civil Service Retirement (ERAFP)

The subject of this framework agreement and the contracts to be concluded on its basis is to entrust to their holder on a case-by-case basis, the organization of a seminar in its almost totality, namely accommodation, transfers, activities and catering. Transport to and from Paris will not be covered by the holder and a visit to one whose activities are linked to those of ERAFP will be organized by the establishment over a period of approximately two hours.

The purpose of this framework agreement and the contracts to be concluded on its basis is to entrust the holder, on a case-by-case basis, with the organizationof a seminar in its almost totality, namely accommodation, transfers, activities and catering. Transport to and from Paris will not be covered by the holder and a visit to one whose activities are linked to those of ERAFP will be organized by the establishment over a period of approximately 2 hours.

This framework agreement is not allotted and will be attributed to a single economic operator (the holder).

This framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum amount.

It will be answered to the questions of the candidates according to the modalities following:

I) questions must be asked electronically on the portal www.achatpublic.com

II) they must be written in French. He will notanswered no question asked in another language;

III) questions must imperatively reach no later than 11.3.2020 at 12:00 (Paris time). Questions which reach ERAFP beyond this limit will not be answered.

To justify their professional, technical, economic and financial capacities, the candidate may request that they also be taken into account.pte the professional, technical and financial capacities of other economic operators within the framework of a subcontracting. In this case, he justifies the capacities of this or these economic operators and provides proof that he will have them for the execution of the framework agreement.

Any candidate who does not meet the following minimum levels of capacity will have his rejected application:

- level de financial capacity:

Applicants must have a minimum annual turnover of 100, 000 EUR over the past 3 years.

- level of technical and professional capacity:

Demonstrated experience in organizing seminars, as well on urban destinations that, throughout the French territory.
