4. Provision of coffee breaks-for 1 080 persons - 2 - The term of performance of the contract under this procedure starts to run from the signing of the contract and ends after the last event and the proper preparation of the two-sided reception protocol (signed by the contractor and the contracting entity or persons authorized by them ) for the scope and value of all services actually provided but no later than 20.11.2018-

The period for holding the event is from 30.9.2018 to 15.11.2018.

For lot 1 - the participant is entered in the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism, and for foreign persons - in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established ..

When submitting the tender, the participant declares conformity with-the requirement, stating in Part IV "Selection Criteria" section A "Fitness" of the EEDOP document (s) for entry in the register and indicating the national databases containing the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which, under the law of the State, in which the applicant or tenderer is established, are required to provide information.

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, I have been studyingthe contractor shall submit a copy of the document (s) for entry into the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1 item 1 and / or item 2 of the Tourism Act. - the bid / documents submitted by the participant are not in Bulgarian language, - the participant has changed the template for the procedure, - the participant has submitted a technical proposal for the execution of the order which does not correspond to the normative requirements for the performance of the activities under this contract, the technical specification, the requirements-of the contracting authority and without specific submission of proposals, data and circumstances, a tenderer who has proposed a period of execution longer than the tenderer has defined a tenderer who has proposed a period of validity less than that specified by the the tenderer's country, - a tenderer whose bid exceeds the estimated value of the procedure, as well as the individual maximum single-activity values and / or with arithmetic / arithmetical errors will be removed.

Means of proof of reliability are in accordance with Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act. Using the capacity of third parties is in accordance with Art. 65 of the Public Procurement Act. In case of a subcontractor, the provisions of Art. 66 of the Public Procurement Act. In the event of a joint venture, the assignor shall set the conditions under Art. 37, para. 3 and para. 4 of the RPSP. Submission / receipt of bids is ataccording to Art. 47 and Art. 48 of the RPSP. Terms and method of payment:

- method of payment for Lot 1: one-off payment according to the contractor's price proposal according to the actual activities performed up to 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the contract 30 (thirty) calendar days aftersubmission of a technical report for the performed activities within 5 (five) working days after the date of completion of the events and signing of the two-sided acceptance and delivery protocol for the performed activities for fulfillment of the contract as well as presentation of an original invoice approved in advance by the contracting authority, and the attendance lists drawn up and the photographic material (electronic)- payment method for Lot 2: a one-off payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the contract, payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the signing of the final reception - transmission protocol on the template of the contracting authority and issued original invoice, approved in advance by the contracting authority

Important:

Lot number-No 2 is retained on the grounds of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and persons may participate, provided that at least 30 per 100 of their list of members is from disabled or disadvantaged persons.
