Organizing a summer school for the needs of the project BG05M2OP001-2.009-0005 "Modern Palaeoslavistics and Media Studies"

The subject of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act

Main Site: Up to 100 km from Sofia - The subject of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.the contracting authority intends to select a contractor to carry out activities for organizing, conducting and logistic provision of summer school for the purposes of project BG05M2OP001-2.009-0005 "Modern Palaeoslavistics and Media Studies", financed under OP "Science and Education for Smart Growth" 2014-2020, priority axis 2 "Education and Lifelong Learning" procedure BG05M2OP001-2.009 "Support for the development of postgraduate students, post-doctoral students, post-graduate students and young scientists" - Phase 1.

Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the HThe OP examination and evaluation of the submitted bids according to the selected award criterion will be carried out by the commission under the procedure of Art. 61 of the PPPP, the participants' technical and price proposals being evaluated before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. Specific grounds for removal from the procurement procedure under national lawdonation

2.1. Participants who have not complied with the requirements of Art. 59 para. 1, item 3 and Art. 66, para. 2 of the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering (LMMM)

2.2. In connection with the prohibition of Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ZIFODPRDKLRTTDS) from participation in the present procurement procedure shall be eliminated the participants who directly or indirectly participate in companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime and the persons related to them, including through a civil society / consortium in which a company participates, a registryin preferential tax jurisdiction, except in the case of the exceptions under Art. The Participants declare the lack of grounds for disqualification from the procurement procedure by completing Part III "Grounds for exclusion", D, "Other Exclusion Grounds, which may be provided for in the national law of the Contracting Authority oor the contracting authority of a Member State "by EEDOP.3 An amendment of a public procurement contract is allowed exceptionally according to the applicable assumptions under Article 116 of the Public Procurement Act.4 For the participants there should not be the grounds under Article 54, para 1 and 107 of the Public Procurement Act

5. A participant for whom there is a ground under Article 54, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall have the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures that a stationits reliability, despite the appropriate justification for its removal. The Assignor may at any time require participants to provide evidence of the circumstances they have requested in the ENEDOP. The contracting authority may refuse to accept evidence of technical and professional capacity when it is derived from a person who has an interest which may lead to a benefit underthe thought of Art. 54 of the Law on counteracting corruption and for taking away the unlawfully acquired property - All conditions and requirements are set out in the documentation of this procedure, uploaded to the buyer profile
