The subject of the public procurement "Complex service logistic support at national level, including translation of projects, The main activities of the Directorate-General for Combating Organized Crime include the following activities:

1. Project "Training of experts investigating cyber crime and abuse" within the framework of the Internal Security Fund 2014-2020:

Activity 1: Conduct 2 training sessions of experts investigating cyber crime and abuse - Maximum estimated value of the activity: 31 665, 00 BGN without VAT;

The participants must hold a valid registration for tour operator and / or tin accordance with Art. 61, para. 3 of the Law on Tourism (PT) and to be entered in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents or to be persons under Art. 62 of the Law on Tourism, and for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State where they are established, or have similar authorization or membership in an organization withThe circumstance is certified in Part IV, Section A, paragraph 1, of EEDOP, indicating information on the entry of the participant in the relevant professional or trade register in the Member State in which he is established, indicating whether the relevant documents are available in electronic format as well as a web address, authority or-the office issuing the registration document and the exact reference of the document.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act shall be evidenced by the presentation of the CFO or its constituent parts when required for the last financial year

When, for a good reason, a participant is unable to provide the documents requested by the contracting authority, to prove its economic and financial standing with the help of any other document the contractor deems appropriate

Performance guarantee - The performance guarantee of the contracting authority is 3% (three per cent) of the value of the performance contract of the leak without VAT.
