Provision and coordination of a folder and guard service for the project "Wiener Eistraum 2019"

The subject of the tender is folder and security services within the framework of the event Wiener Eistraum 2019 and its sub-events including construction and dismantling expected service period from 18.10.2018 to 16.3.2019 (or optionally also the Vienna Ice Dream 2020)

The subject of the tender is the provision and coordination of a folder and security service within the framework of the project or the overall event "Wiener Eistraum 2019" (or optionally the Wiener Eistraum 2020).

The "Wiener Eistraum 2019" is subdivided into the following 2 sub-events:

Wiener Weichachtstraum 2018: from 16.11.2018 up to and including 6.1.2019

- Vienna Ice Dream 2019: from 2.1.2019 up to and including 22.3.2019

During these sub-events, the ice rinks are in the period from 16.11.2018 to 6.1.2019 and from 18.1.2019 to 3.3.2019 open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

The following exceptions apply: On 24.12.2018, the ice rinks are only open from 10:00 to 18:00.-On 31/12/2018 and in the period from 7/1/2019 to 7/18/2019, 7 pm, there will be no operation.

All provision and coordination services as well as folder service and guarding services are to be provided. Guarding services not only take place during the sub-events, but also during the construction and dismantling phase.

For those only optionalThe above explanations apply mutatis mutandis to the provision and coordination of a folder and security service at the "Wiener Eistraum 2020". The exact days of the event are not yet known and will not be announced until the option is drawn by October 2019.
