Reception services
Deployment of reception and security services
At present, reception and security staff are hired for the various buildings on the TU / e campus. This is an addition to a fixed pool of TU / e staff for these two disciplines.
Main Site: Eindhoven
The TU / e campus is in full development, both in terms of real estate (divesting and attractingbuildings) as for use (mixed use, growth in the number of users). Most of the buildings on the TU / e campus have their own manned reception, hereinafter referred to as the reception locations. They work with a hybrid interpretation of reception staff: their own employees are supplemented flexibly with hired employees. Use and activities vary per reception location just like the openingtimes.
The service must include at least the following components:
- customer orientation, - - expertise, - - reliability, - - representative, - - involvement, - - pro - activity. - The receptionist is for both employees., (international) students as visitors the first point of contact in the building and thus the business card of the university. All must be in the contact with the reception employee welcome, understood and helped feel. Hospitality is the key word here. With this, the receptionist (e) also has a view of possible irregular or unwanted visitors in the building. These must be signaled adequately and in good time. The receptionist must unburden the primary process and fulfill her / his role as a 'host'Information about the Assignment is included in the Appendix (Schedule of Requirements for Lot 1)
