JSD - Ballistic protection material, Ballistic plate carriers for the cantonal police of Basel-Stadt

The cantonal police Basel-Stadt replaces the hardballistic protection vests (ceramic plates) with modern flexible plate carriers with slide-in plates and PALS (MOLLE), This plate carrier is about the personal protective vest (VPAM 3) worn. For this reason, no side plates are required and only the front and back area protected by slide-in plates. In addition, a fold-out and removable abdomen protection (soft ballistics) must be present.
