The grouping orders City of Saint-Malo, Hospital Group of Emerald Rance territory (GHT Rance Emeraude) wishes to entrust to a single holder a framework agreement for services and suppliesture for school and hospital catering.

The city of Saint-Malo and the hospitals of Saint-Malo, Dinan and Cancale constituting the Rance Emeraude Hospital Group (GHT Rance Emeraude) have joined forces in a grouping of orders with a view to entrust to a single holder the following missions:

- management of the central kitchen in Saint-Malo,

- production andthe delivery of the meals of the schools of the 1st degree and the centers of leisures, the supply and delivery of the gouters - for the city of Saint-Malo,

- the technical assistance of management and supply of foodstuffs and consumables and services food delivery logistics for GHT Rance Emeraude hospitals. The city of Saint-Malo is designated coordinator ofthis grouping. These services are subject to a framework agreement with one-way purchase orders with no minimum and no maximum passes in accordance with the call for tenders procedure opened pursuant to Articles 25.I, 66 to 68, 78 and 80. of the decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The central kitchen in Saint-Malo can produce 6, 500 meals a day in cold weather. The start date of the service is foreseen at8.7.2019.
