This tender procedure concerns the assignment of the school catering service of the Municipality of Lestizza, intended for pupils attending the nursery schools of Galleriano located in via Castelliere 7, primary of Lestizza and secondary firstdegree of Lestizza located respectively in via delle Scuole 5 and 5 / A and to primary and secondary school students attending the PIF Integrated afternoon training project always in the premises located in via delle Scuole 5, as described in the special tender specifications.

This tender procedure concerns the assignment of the school catering service of the Municipality of Lestizza, intended for pupils attending the kindergarten of Galleriano located in via Castelliere 7, primary of Lestizza and secondary of first degree of Lestizza located respectively in via delle Scuole 5 and 5 / A and to pupils of primary and secondary school attending the PIF integrated afternoon training project always in the premises located in via delle Scuole 5, as described in the chaptersspecial tender contract.

The estimated tender amount (period 15.4.2020-30.6.2025) is EUR 1 100 793.93 (one million one hundred thousand seven hundred and ninety three / 93 euros) plus EUR 8 711.67 for charges of security not subject to discount and therefore for a total of 1 109 505.60 EUR plus VAT.

The total estimated amount per period from 15.4.2020 to 30.6.2028, pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and EUR 1 731 249.51 in addition to EUR 13 701.09 for non-discounted security charges and therefore for a total of EUR 1 744 950.60 plus VAT.

Security costs are valued at 8 711.67 EUR (eight thousand seven hundred eleven / 67 euros) as envisaged in the interference risks pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 3 ter of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments

Personnel costs, pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 16 del Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and quantified as 441 522.66 EUR (four hundred forty-one thousand five hundred twenty-two / 66) for the period 15.4.2020-30.6.2025.

The tenderer in the offer must still indicate in the envelope containing the economic offer his own labor costs, with the obligation to consider the reabsorption of the staff already operating under the outgoing contractor, as prevised by art. 50 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and the corporate security charges pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments

This assignment takes place from 15.4.2020 to 30.6.2025 with the possibility of renewal for a further 3 years, it takes place in a single lot and is not divisible, since being a contract, the services requested must be uniform for families and upthe whole municipal area and are not equally positive if separated for individual schools. The unity of the contract brings with it a management flexibility capable of producing positive effects also in terms of optimization and rationalization of public resources, in this connotation it is seen as an element of economic convenience for the contracting station.general order:

- absence of the exclusion clauses provided for by art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016,

- declaration that one of the surveillance prevention measures pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree of 6.9.2011, n. 159 and subsequent amendments or that the extension of the effects of one of the companies has not been applied in the last five yearsmeasures themselves imposed against a partner,

- declaration that no judgments have been issued, even if not definitive, confirmed in the appeal, relating to crimes that preclude the participation in tenders, pursuant to article 67, paragraph 8, of the Legislative Decree of 6.9.2011, n. 159 and subsequent amendments

Professional eligibility requirements:

- entry in the tenu registerby the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure; registration in the aforementioned register is mandatory, if the economic operator, for the exercise of the activity, is required to register by law according to its legal form and to theactivity carried out,

- registration in the appropriate register and possession of VAT number. The articles of association and / or statute or equivalent document must / year contain the express provision for the performance of activities and services in favor of third parties, similar to those covered by this procedure.

- having performed in the last 5 (five) financial years 2014 -2015-2016-2017 and 2018, regularly and with good esite, without incurring early termination of the contract in the sector subject to the tender, similar catering services at public or private bodies for a turnover of not less than 1 109 505.60 EUR.

In the event of a temporary grouping of companies, the requirement referred to in this point must be held at least 60% by the parent company and the remaining percentage, cumulativente by the principals, each of which is in any case required at least 20% of what is requested cumulatively.

Requests for clarificationminds must be received by 12:00 on 20.3.2020. Answers to questions received after the indicated deadline will not be provided.
