Contract for Air Transport of Passengers for DSS, departementsfellesskapet and SMK

Reference Number : 19/95

The ministries' safety and service organisation shall, on behalf of SMK, departmentsfeellesskapet and itself enter into a Framework Agreement for air transport of passengers.

Contract for domestic flights.

Requirements: the tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement: paid taxes and duties.

Documentation: a certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled his taxes, social security contributions and VAT payment obligations.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.
