Passenger air transport services by air-ticketing by purchasing airline tickets for passenger / props (luggage ), participants at international and national festivals and tournaments. A frame agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 999by economic operators, and subsequently subsequent contracts in compliance with the elements / conditions stipulated in the framework agreement, by resuming the competition between all the economic operators signing the framework agreement. Amounts eligible for the framework agreement: Minimum: 100 maximum tickets: 2 000 tickets and one subsequent contract: minimum 1 ticket, maximum: 1 000 tickets.Site: Bulevardul Corneliu Coposu nr. 2, Sibiu, SB.

Passenger air transport services, by voyage-ticketing by purchasing airplane tickets necessary for passenger transport / luggage, participants in international and national art and festivals and tournaments

The tenderer has the obligation to constitutes the guarantee for participation in the amount of 8 000 RON. Validity period of garof the invitation to tender: 2 months from the deadline for submission of tenders. How to set up the guarantee of participation: bank transfer, guarantee instrument according to the provisions of art. 36 of HG 395/2016. For the participation guarantee lodged by transfer: RO56TREZ5765006XXX004175.

Proof of the lodgement of the guarantee will be submitted to SEAP, together with the offer, in electronic form, with the signatureextensive legal representation of the legal / empowered representative of the economic operator. In the case of the submission of joint offers, the participation guarantee must be made on behalf of the association and mention that it covers all members of the group of economic operators jointly. The irrevocable guarantee instrument must stipulate that the payment of the participation guarantee will be executed unconditionallyt, respectively at the first request of the beneficiary, based on his / her statement regarding the guilty person's guilt. The participation guarantee issued in a language other than Romanian will be accompanied by an authorized translation into Romanian. The possible inconsistent forms of GPs are clarified according to art. 132 of GD 395/2016, within maximum 3 working days from the submission deadliner.

1) The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements with all the economic operators whose tenders will be declared admissible after the evaluation of the tenders has been completed and will proceed to the resumption of competition between the signatories of the framework agreements and the award criterion for the conclusion of the subsequent contracts will be the lowest price of the requested services, according to the aTribu. In the case where two or more bidders submit a financial proposal of the same value, the contracting authority will ask them for a new financial proposal, the subsequent contract to be awarded to the tenderer who submitted the tender with the most low price of air transport (calculated as-Amount (S) ticket price STb = STs SVc). The booking history will also accompany the financial proposal for the reopening stage as a condition of its compliance; 2) The bidder has the obligation to submit the UAAE with the offer, under the sanction of its rejection as unacceptable according to art. 137 par. (2) lit. b) from H.G. no. 395/2016, in their turn third-party supporters and subcontractors-known at the time of submitting the offer are obliged to submit the DUAE separately according to the provisions of art. 193 of Law 98/2016. 3) Analyzing documents submitted by bidders by the evaluation committee does not engage diin its part, no responsibility or liability towards their acceptance as genuine or legal and does not remove the exclusive liability of the bidder in this respect.

The contracting authority reserves the right to derogate from the contractual provisions until termination, motivated, exceptional and without other contractual stipulations, depending on the principal order of the c(as a secondary credit officer, within the limits of responsibility, according to Article 22, according to Law 500/2002). To view the uploading documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operators must have a required program to view the electronically signed files (the signatures of the electronic signatures providers).
