With this tender document, Lolland Municipality wishes to obtain offers for scanning (digitizing) archives on Tech- and the Environment Authority. Lolland Municipality wishes to conclude a contract with a supplier who is responsible for the entire assignment.

Main Site: Lolland Municipality.

The total task, in addition to the actual scan, consists of a number of related services in connection with the execution of the assignment, including transport of documents and disposal. The supplier must, before submitting his offer, self-paint the warehouse in the absence of existing paint. After performing scanning, the suppliers must be helpful in oveThe assignment is required as soon as possible after contracting with winning supplier, and with a payday of 6-9 months for the actual scan.

The purpose of the assignment is that Lolland municipality is taking a digital and contemporary solution to the archive as can facilitate the employees' work. In the meantime, it is the intention that citizens themselves can make the material directly.

Lolland Municipality wishes an economically attractive solution, with a supplier willing and able to deliver a palatable service and qualified level on the scanned material. The deliveries must be in dialogue with the municipality's employees throughout the process, and must understand that the municipality's day-to-day work will work next to the supplier's work on the task. That is, that-may be requests received and documents to be found while the supplier works with archive archiving.

The archive is inspected and painted by the supplier prior to the submission of offers and consists of documents of varied size, shape and condition. It may be expected that spots, leaflets, clips and the like may occur. which suppliers must take into account when scanning.
