Obtaining and Maintaining an Ultra-High Resolution Scanning Electron Microscope (UHR-SEM)

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (DCB) would like to procure a brand new UREM equipped with EDS and STEM. The device should be adapted to the needs of the DCB, d. H. in particular with regard to the investigation of supported and unsupported electrocatalysts. ToThe device must have a certain flexibility for the use of external groups via MIC. The UHR-REM device will be used to determine micro- and nanostructures (composition and topography) of different samples (mainly metals). Users should be able to customize their accounts as part of their user rights.

Subcontracts are not permitted.

Remedies: against this call for tenders and the tender documents can within 10 days of their publication at the HeDrafting Directorate of the Canton of Bern, Legal Service, Sulgeneckstrasse 70, 3005 Berne, in writing and on grounds of appeal. Any complaint must include an application, statement of facts and evidence, a reasoning and a signature. Publication and tangible evidence must be enclosed.

Deadline / Remarks: the offer documents are on the rightvalidly signed in paper form (simple) and in electronic form on a USB stick until 18 September 2018 at the latest. Decisive is the date of the postmark (A-Post). If offers are submitted in person, they must be submitted by 16.00 at the latest on 18.9.2018. Not submitted in time, incompletely completed or not handwrittenQuotations do not meet the essential formal requirements and are excluded from the procedure, based on Article 24 OeBV (see Chapter 4.2).
