The previous documents may be replaced by the Single European Market Document (ESPD) established in accordance with the model fixed by the regulations of the European Commission.

In the DC2 or ESPD, the section concerning the turnover excluding tax of the 3 latest financial years available or, failing this, for newly created companies, an appropriate bank declaration.

Offers will bepresented in EUR. The object of this consultation being an unbreakable whole, the call for tenders is not alloti. The award criteria are:

- medical-technical criteria (50%) including:

—— clinical quality of the images and image processing (45%),

—— DICOM format images of patients are to be attached in the tender dossier.

Tenderers must provide expertsts and physicists of images on CD-ROM with all the information on the dose delivered as well as the acquisition parameters preserved in the non-proprietary DICOM header fields during the examination.

All the requested images may be presented in a mode.

These images will be displayed on the PACS consoles of the AP-HP. These are the images, as well as those seen during the presenation of the consoles which will be noted in the criterion.

The sub-criterion will be noted as follows:

- cervico-thoracic imaging: 30%,

- abdomino-pelvic imaging: 20%,

- spectral oncological imaging whole body: 50%,

— Ergonomics of the equipment, the acquisition console and the application server (15%),

- technical potential of the equipment (15%),

- tool made available to optimizethe couple (10%),

- installation conditions (10%), including training: 50%, installation constraints: 50%,

- sustainable development (5%).

Cost of use for 7 years ( 38%).

Offers will be evaluated at global cost. The overall cost includes the purchase cost, maintenance costs over the first 7 years of exercise including the warranty. The maintenance cost will be based on the neckt an all-risk maintenance contract, tube included, for 10, 000 examinations per year.

Partnership proposed by candidates (12%)

Offers will be evaluated on the one hand on the interest for the site of the subjects of proposed partnerships for research and on the material and human resources implemented by the candidate. The award criteria and their possible sub-criteria are detailed in thee rules of the consultation.

The framework agreement resulting from this consultation is understood as a mono-attribute framework agreement to purchase orders within the meaning of articles R. 2162-1, R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
