Delivery of salt for the production of brine for the winter service for provincial roads B and L on time ("Just in time") and as needed ("on demand") in the state of Oberoesterreich Strassenbezirk Ost (StrassenmeBad Leonfelden, Freistadt, Grein, Perg, Pregarten and Unterweissenbach).

Supply of salt for the production of brine for the winter service for provincial roads B and L ("just in time") and as needed ("on demand") in the federal state of Upper Austria Street District East (Road Maintenance Offices Bad Leonfelden, Freistadt, Grein, Perg, Pregarten and Unterweissenbach).

At the all necessary requirement eA decision by the authorities on the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as on the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who:to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualification in order to carry out an activity in Austria, as soon as possible, but in any event before the expiry of the offer period, initiate a procedure aimed at this purpose. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
