The present consultation concerns a market for the supply, parameterization and maintenance of a ticketing and customer relationship management solution for the customer. Operators may submit individual applications or, in accordance with the provisions of theArticle 45 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public markets, in group form. No form of grouping is required. must be provided by candidates at the stage of the application phase:
