Supply and installation of an integrated security management system, port installations in Rhodes.

Main Site: Port Municipal Port of Dodecanese, commercial port of Rhodes, Rhodes. the supply and installation of: a) CCTV systems with all the necessary sensors (day cameras, etc.), network infrastructure and appropriate access, communication and logging software. (b) Access control systems, with appropriate state-of-the-art readers, detection systems and high security software. (c) safety equipment consisting of several systems, such as portable conveyor halls with appropriate passenger control equipment, at various points of entry, fences, portable safety equipment, etc ..

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding of this Convention are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or to third countries that have acceded to the EMS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. Established in GREECE economic operators, you requirethey must be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material. Finally, it is necessary to have a license of Law 2518/1997 Gazette 164 / A / 97, as currently in force with Law 370/2008.

Regarding the economic and financial adequacy, the participation in the tender and the signing of a contract, economic operators are required: (a)-(2016, 2015, 2014), cumulatively, at least 12 million euros (12 000 000, 00 EUR).

The successful tenderer, according to the company legislation of the country in which it is established, submits balance sheets for the three (3) last financial years (2017, 2016, 2015).technical, professional and financial capacity of the successful tenderer by third parties, irrespective of the legal nature of the tenderer's links with them. the candidate will have at his disposal the necessary resources, by submitting the relevant commitment of the organization (s) for this purpose in accordance with article 78 of Law 4412/2016. In this case, it is required to produce - within it φ(or third parties) in writing that, for the performance of the contract, they will make available to the successful tenderer the requisite financial capacity.
