Supply of n. 11 400 multi-purpose rescue gear, including leather case, for upgrading the special equipment of the staff involved in emergency services

Supply of 11 400 multi-purpose jack-type rescue tools, with automatic and safe manual locking system blade in opening and relative leather cases.

Main Site-: At the headquarters of the Autonomous Department, Administrative Service, Unico Patrimoniale of the General Command of the Arma dei Carabinieri, located in Viale Romania 45, 00197 Rome.

Supply of 11 400 multipurpose bladder-type rescue tools, with automatic and safe manual system opening of the blade in opening and relative leather cases.

All economic operators pravoided by the art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, including competitors specifically and temporarily grouped pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. d), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and aggregations between companies participating in the network contract pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, according to the procedures indicated in the Tender Guidelines. A) the procurement procedures set forth in the contractnta ban have been authorized pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with determines to contract n. 592 R.U.A. on 8.10.2018;

b) the tender will be carried out according to the procedures established by Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and will be awarded even in the presence of only one valid offer, in consideration of the urgency to dispose of the products in question that would be prejudiced in case of ripet cetition of the tender;
