Procurement of trains for local public transport and any related services and maintenance, if any.

The object of the contract is an order for development, production, delivery, Commissioning and approval of up to 55 new, the recognized rulesCorresponding to the technology, functional, operational, fully equipped, comfortable and economically usable electric trains including spare parts supply for traffic of Regio suburban train Bremen / Lower Saxony (RSBN) along with the option to procure at least 6 other trains.

The contractor to provide deliveries-and services (including any associated services and maintenance services) are described in the other tender documents.

The contractor will allow the tenderers to avail themselves of a financing model specified by the contracting party.

The expected commissioning of the network is scheduled for December 2022.

The notice or the award is under deReservation of the appropriate transport service by the assignee.

1) Tenderer's declaration:

The applicant submits the completed bidder's declaration (available on the tendering platform of the Deutsche Bahn AG: RSBN Bietereigenerklaerung).

2) Statement concerning liquidation / bankruptcy:

The Applicant assures that on his assets no insolvency proceedings or comparables legal procedure has been opened, the initiation has not been requested or an application has been rejected for lack of assets. The candidate declares that he is not in liquidation.

3) Declaration on the Central Register of Trade Crafts:

The candidate declares whether he has been registered in the Central Trade Register or in a comparable register. In addition, the applicant explainswhether there is currently a procedure which may result in an entry in the Central Trade Register or in a comparable register. If there is an entry, the applicant must at least provide a copy of the trade central register or comparable register.

4) Commercial application:

The candidate assures and proves that he has duly completed his tradeess has registered and - provided that it is registered in the commercial register in accordance with the provisions of the HGB. As proof, at least the copy of a current commercial register extract (not older than 12 months) or an equivalent document of the country of origin (including, if applicable, certified translation) must be enclosed in German language.

1) Audited annual accounts:

2) Rail vehicle sales:

The candidate has demonstrated that in the last 3 years of business with the manufacture and supply of rolling stock, the minimum turnover is 200 000 000 EUR p.a.

3) Contracting Parties:

If the candidate is unable to 1 and 2 requestedhe / she has made a declaration in which he undertakes to provide, at the latest at the time of the conclusion of the contract, a contract performance agent of a bank (with a minimum rating of BBB- / Baa3) equal to 10% of the value of the contract. This does not apply if, in the case of a consortium, the candidates listed under para. 1 and 2 requiredDeclarations / proofs for the majority shareholder (greater than / equal to 50% share in the company) or all shareholders submit.

The explanations and evidence acc. Para. 1 3 are to be uploaded with the participation request. Applicants who rely on the capacities of other companies to prove their suitability in accordance with - 47 (1) SektVO must inform these third party companies in the entry formag and that they have the means to fulfill the contractual obligations required by means of a corresponding irrevocable undertaking by the third party company.

The other parts of the tender documents are confidential.
