The physical object of the project is based on a study by EOAE. and concerns the implementation of short-term works in general, and in particular:

Main Site: The project will be executed on National Road 2 (Secondary National Road Network), within the boundaries of Xanthi and in particular on 3 distinct sections of the road, from Toxotes

The project includes the following groupsof works, with the corresponding budgets (excluding VAT):

a) earthworks: EUR 20 134.00.

b) off-road technical works: EUR 10 370.53. asphalt (with the value of asphalt): EUR 2 986 156.16.

(e) marking - insurance: EUR 740 623.82.

(f) green works: EUR 6 293.50. G.E. and OE turnover (18%): EUR 682 320.96.

b) unforeseen(15%): EUR 670 948.95.

C) Accounts: EUR 55 000.00.

D) GEO. and OE of accounts (18%): EUR 9 900.00

Participation is open to natural or legal persons or their associations, active in road construction projects and established:

a) in a Member State of the Union.

b) in a State - member of the European Economic Area (EEA).

c) in third countries that have signed andratify the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on Union Appendix I to that Agreement, and

d) to third countries not covered by subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures

The economic operator shall participate either individually or as a member of an association.

Economic operators` associations shall participate in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 (2), (3) and (4) and Article 76 (1) (e) and (3) (b). Law No. 4412/2016.

These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form for bidding. Should the association become a contractor, its legal formor should be such as to ensure the existence of a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).

The provisions of Articles 15 and 17 of the Declaration on participation and performance guarantees apply Participation in the tender is required by the participating economic operators, in accordance with paragraph 1 (a) of article 72 of Law 4412/2012.6, Participation letter of guarantee, amounting to one hundred four thousand one hundred and seventy-six euros and eighty-four cents (EUR 104 176.84).
