Acquisition of works (both design, technical assistance and execution) for the objective "Rehabilitation of road infrastructure and pedestrian walkways in Sector 5, Bucharest" of 251 streets with a total length of 69.8877 km.

Economic operators, supporting third parties and subcontractors (if any) should notfind out in the situations stipulated in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. In this respect, economic operators, supporting third parties and subcontractors (if any) will, together with the DUAE, file a declaration of conflict of interest.

Economic operators, supporting third parties and subcontractors (if applicable) should not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirements regarding the personal situation can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to beat the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first in the ranking drawn up to complete the evaluation of the tenders.

Documentary evidence:

1) Constable certificate regarding the absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of certification submissionthe findings. If one or more points of work of the tenderer are not in the position of paying local taxes, a statement will be made under his / her own responsibility; 2) If applicable, documents demonstrating that the operator economic benefits may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/20163) The criminal record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 4) Other editing documents.foreign legal entities: the economic operator will present the editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country of origin (certificates, criminal records, other equivalent documents) in order to obtain membership / registration with the organs of the country concerned, proving that he has fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, taxes and contributions to the budget. Access to liquidity. The bidder must demonstrate that at the time of the salethe contract will have access to or have available real money, debt-free, credit lines confirmed by banks or other financial means sufficient to achieve a cash flow of execution of the work worth at least RON 75, 604, 700.00.

The bidder must provide information on global turnover over the last three years: 2017, 2016, 2015. It is required that the offerthe turnover had to be at least 151, 209, 401.24 RON.
