Transport by light vehicle of beneficiaries of social aid for children supported by the Aveyron Departmental Council - 4 lots.

Framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with several operateurs without minimum annual amount and without annual maximum amount. The period of validity is 12 months from the date of notification of the contract.

- prints DC1 letter of application empowering the representative by his co-contractors,

- prints DC2 declaration of the individual candidate or of the member of the grouping.

The candidate is required to fill in information on the DC2 formturnover for the purpose of assessing financial capacity. If the candidate is objectively unable to produce, to justify his financial capacity, the requested information, he can prove his capacity by any other document likely to establish his capacity (declaration of banks, proof of insurance, in particular) .

Subject to a sufficient number of candidates rreceivable and suitable, regular and acceptable offers, the number of economic operators selected is fixed at 3 maximum for each lot.
