The participant must have a valid License for public transportation of passengers in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued in the order and atthe terms of the Road Transport Act as well as PSC certificates for public passenger transport to a license issued by MTITC or Community International Bus and Coach License.

The participant declares compliance with the criterion set out in the Single European Procurement Document (EDES).

Before concluding the contract, the participant selected as the contractor shall submit a certified copy of the contractand the documents for the public transportation of passengers and for a non-resident participant - an equivalent document or declaration by the competent authorities under the law of the country in which the participant is established and carries on its business. there are grounds for removal of Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, with the exception of item 4of the PPA - detailed in the Documentation of this Public Procurement, Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners and Art. 101, para. 11 of the PPL. A participant who meets the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the PPA and ofthe requirements of the Contracting Authority. The grounds for removal shall be applied until the expiry of the time limits under Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPL. Where a participant is an association of natural and / or legal persons, the grounds for removal shall also apply to each member of the association. When a participant envisages the use of subcontractors or refers to the capacity of third parties under Art. 65, para. 1 of the PPA, the grounds for refWounds also apply to subcontractors and third parties. According to Art. 67, para. 1 and 4 of the Public Procurement Law, when submitting the offer, the participant declares the lack of the grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EEOPP, and the documents are submitted under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA.

Each participant may submit bids for one or more lots, as manyas much as he chooses. The maximum number is the total number of positions.
