Framework Agreement No. 1902 - Collective bus service for children by coach with driver on behalf of the municipality of Nemours

This framework agreement is in the process of appeal 'tenders pursuant to Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 25, 66 to 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to Marno slotting and batching (Single Framework Agreement).

The criteria for the selection of applications are: guarantees and professional abilities, technical and financial aspects, this judgmentwill be carried out under the conditions set out in articles 59, 60 and 62 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 and will result in a ranking of the offers.
