The aim of the procurement for the Contracting Authority is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the transport of technical aids for disabled persons, accessories and spare parts for such aids, from/to NAV HMS Buskerud and to/from reception places in municipalities in Buskerud County.
Transport from NAV Hjelpmiddelsentral Buskerud's store to permanent reception places in the municipalities in the county, as well as return transport of aids from the municipalities to NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Buskerud within ordinary working hours. Each reception place receives/returns aids once a week. In addition there can be a need for transport assignments outside the scheduled route and outside Buskerud County.
The opening hours (ordinary working hours) at the contracting authority's store are 8:00 to 15:30. Transport will not be carried out on bank holidays.
The routes for each reception place and collection place are attached as a separate annex.
NAV HMS Buskerud prints receipts for the recipients of each aid, which must be sent from the Hjelpemiddelsentralen. The transporter is obliged to take the receipts for both outgoing and incoming goods. The transporter must get a signature on the receipt upon delivery, either by a municipal employee, user or relative.
Product returns from the municipalities must always be accompanied by a signed return form. The transporter is obliged to check the return form against the Hjelpemiddelsentralen's requirements for completing such forms. The return forms are to be delivered together with the goods and archived by the contracting authority.
