The subject of the order is the provision of transport services by motor vehicles of adaptationfactory-made for the transport of persons The order has been divided into 4 Parts. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the order are specified in the Model Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SETC

1. Providing transport for employees of the KNF Office from the Branch Office in Białystok

2. The contract will be effective from the day of signing the Agreement for a period of 24 monthseither to achieve the maximum gross remuneration before that period. The Contracting Authority provides for the option of using the "option right" and extending the Contract for the next 12 months.

3 The subject of the order is to provide a vehicle transport service adapted for the carriage of passengers manufactured no earlier than 2013 with at least:

˗ (1 4), volj. driver and 4 passengers, for whom the estimated number of km to travel is 30, 000 km and

˗ (1 8), i.e. driver and 8 passengers, for which the estimated km to travel is 15 686 km and

˗ (1 16 ), i.e. driver and 16 passengers, for whom the estimated km to travel is 9, 000 km

4. The total estimated number of km to travel from the day of signing the Agreement for a period of 24 months is approximately-54 686 km.

5. Estimated number of parking hours is 800 hours.

The ordering party requires that the following conditions specified in art. 22 ust. 1b of the Public Procurement Law, concerning: competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate provisions.

The Ordering Party considers the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor can prove that he has a valid license to performparadise or international road transport of people, issued on the basis of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (vol .: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2200 with later amendments).

The Ordering Party does not set a condition in this respect
